Today I baked my favorite Mexican fruit cake. All week I had planned to bake it today. I miss eating my cake, the last time I baked one was on Christmas day. I like making this cake because it is so simple and easy to prepare. My son was helping me; he was the one who mixed all the ingredients. He was very happy when I let him cracked the two eggs for recipe. He does not like to eat this cake, but he likes to help. He only like to eat chocolate cake. I do not bake chocolate cake often because if we have it, he cannot stop eating it.
