puto or rice cake recipe

I really like to eat puto or rice cake when I was still in the Philippines. I do not have the recipe to make it. My aunt was always cooking and selling puto in our neighborhood but I never ask her for the recipe. I asked one of my friends yesterday if she knew how to make it. She gave me her recipe today and I would like to share it. Maybe we will both try to make this together. I ate her puto before and it tasted good.

3 cups flour ( bisquick or buttermilk brand )
2 ½ cups water
5 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup mayonnaise

Steam for 15 minutes and put grated cheese on top
