Babies sick again

This morning my daughters were throwing up and this afternoon they both threw up again. Every time they drink milk they throw up and when I feed them they both threw up again I do not know what to do. Since this morning my husband cleaned up their throw up. I washed a lot of blankets already I do not know what to do to stop them from throwing up. My husband took them to the doctor on Thursday and they have antibiotics. I wonder why they are still throwing up. I hope tonight when I put them in bed they will not throw up I am tired of cleaning their throw up. I am worried about them being sick now I hope they will get better soon.
