Need perseverance

A lot of people want to loss weight but they do not know were to start. Some people start by eating less food but after a few tries they soon give up. They can not go on eating less and soon they are eating too much. Some people want to have a quick weight loss but still after a few tries they too give up. They can not make it to the weight they want to be. It is hard to loss weight especially if you are not determining to do it. You need perseverance and encouragement to reach your goal of losing weight.
