Stay Active

The other day I weighed myself on the scale and I was surprised I am now 113 pounds and I am so happy. I think it was two months ago I was 120 or 122 every time I step on the scale and I was doing exercise all the time four to five times a week and now I saw the result. I think the best fat burners of all the time is to exercise stay active all the time and later on you will see the difference. I have no plans to stop working out I like it and it keeps me going every day. Also I am trying to eat healthy now and tried to avoid the cookies.
