8th Birthday

Today May 7^th is my son’s 8^th birthday and we are so busy. We give him a small birthday party with just family and friends after school.  My husband was grilling some foods and my friend cooked some Pilipino food for me. My son was so happy especially when opening the presents. He got a lot, but I felt bad because I never give him anything yet. I have no time to buy his gift so I told him to wait until next week. I bought him a big chocolate cake and ice cream and he likes it. My husband and I are so glad to give him a birthday party with his friends. I cannot believe that he is eight years old now. He is getting so big. I missed the time when he was only a little baby.
