furniture conditioner

Five years ago we bought our leather brown couch for our living room. At first it was great and comfortable to sit in and we really like it. Not until when my kids started to jump and run on it. The leather look so bad already and I think I need to put a leather furniture conditioner on it. I am not sure if it help on my furniture because it looks really bad now, but I hope it will. I was even thinking to buy a couch cover to protect my couch, but I did not have time to find one. I just hope my kids would stop jumping and running on our couch. They are behave when I am home, but if not they get crazy.
