first game

My son is playing baseball again for the fall season. Last night was the first game of his team and his playing as a catcher. I did not plan to see his game because I planned to do my homework, but my friend called me to go. She said she went to watch and I was not there. I felt guilty that she went to see the game, and I never. So I went to the game and was glad that  I did because I had fun. They lost their first game, but it was ok they had fun, and they did their best.
