For few years we never had any deadbolt locks on our front door but when my twin daughters started playing with the door knob we were very worried about it. We were afraid that they could open our doors while we were doing something or when they are out from our sight. Our kids are very smart and they like to go outside. So my husband installed new deadbolt lock on our doors and even one on our bedroom door so that they could not get out the room when they woke up while we were still sleep. Now when they are trying to open our door they can not open it so I am not worried about it anymore.
