I will try

This afternoon while I was at work I was talking to one of the trainer in the fitness center and I told him that I am always working out every day for 25 to 30 minutes and why I never loss any weights. I told him that I would like to loss my belly fats and it seems that my working out every day never work for me. He was laughing and he said that aside from my daily exercise I need to control my eating habits too. I told him that if my exercise would now work for me I will try a weight loss pills that work for me. The bad thing about me is I am always eating cookies and he knows about it. I eat cookies all the time and he wants me to replace the cookies with fruits. I do not promise but I will try.
