This morning at four am my daughter Beth woke up and was calling for her daddy. She wanted to go to the bathroom so her daddy got up and took her to the bathroom. After a few minutes she got up again wanting to go to the bathroom again. She never went back to sleep and she was watching TV. After few minutes she was calling me because she wanted something. I asked her to go back to sleep and she started crying. My husband said no more naps in the afternoon after six pm. It is hard to go back to sleep when you are already awake, but what you can do when it is still dark at four am. My daughter can not play at four am it is too early for her to be awake.
