That was sliced eggplant and the hand of my daughter Izabella. She was trying to grab some while I was trying to take a picture of it. I fried them last week and eat it with a little vinegar then lami kaayo dayon akong kaon. I always cook like that because I like it. I think the hands of my daughter was look cute on here :-)
